Description
The Scarecrow has been overthrown and must flee the Emerald City. Hoping to gain help Tip and friends travel to the land of the Tin Woodman. General Jinjur rules the Emerald City with a dainty but iron fist enlisting the witch Mombi to aid her in stopping King Scarecrows return, and Oz comes closer to becoming engulfed by war.
